Advanced amine application guidelines
- 1. GEBCO Engineering, Inc., Sebastopol, CA (United States)
Description
This document has been prepared to provide utility chemistry personnel with a single source for information regarding the use of advanced amines for PWR secondary system pH control. Pertinent data from numerous EPRI sponsored research programs have been incorporated into the document, as well as data from utility field trails. Section 5 is specific to ethanolamine (ETA). ETA has been included in the Secondary Guidelines, Revision 3 as a secondary system pH control additive. As field testing of other advanced amines is completed, this document will be updated with specific sections for each amine
