Photoluminescence of n-type InSe
Description
The temperature variation of the photoluminescence spectra of n-type InSe is reported and a feature of the free exciton emission line is discussed. The emission band of 1.330 eV at 77 K is well explained by the transition due to the free exciton annihilation, where the exciton is scattered by optical phonons of energy 22.5 meV
