Description
We discuss simulations of CP(N-1) models via dimensional reduction of discrete SU(N) quantum spin models. These models can be simulated with an efficient loop cluster algorithm in continuous euclidean time, effective even for very large N. In particular we discuss efforts to compute the mass gap of the CP(N-1) model
