Phase transition in YBa2Cu3O7-σ films

Description
Phase transitions wich correlate with superconducting properties of the film are detected by the method of small -angular light scattering in YBa2Cu3O7-σ films in 300-700 K temperature range. Phase transitions are related to the interaction of oxygen vacances in the basis Cu-O phases
