SAW propagation in laminated structure

Description
Investigation into acoustic properties of high-temperature superconducting (HTSC) YBaCuO films was performed using surface acoustic waves (SAW). Temperature and frequency dependences of SAW damping and their phase velocity were measured, as well as SAW phase velocity dispersion. The data obtained allowed one to correlate the acoustic properties of HTSC films and ceramics and to obtain information concerning the most typical features of these properties
