Description
The results of simulation of heat and mass transfer of droplets in drying an overheated liquid under conditions of convective and infrared energy effect are presented. The influence of various parameters, in particular, of the liquid overheating temperature, infrared radiation flux density, and of the carrier phase velocity oscillations on the drop evaporation kinetics has been analyzed. The possibilities of reducing the duration of droplet drying by means of energy effect are shown.
