Sequoyah equipment hatch seal leakage. Final report, February 1985
Description
The Sequoyah equipment hatch should not leak before strains of several percent develop in the 1/2-inch containment shell plate near the springline, which occurs between 50 and 60 psi. In the unlikely event of hatch buckling, postbuckling deformations would not introduce leakage
