Structure functions of nuclei in fluctonic model with rescaling

Description
It is shown that the available data on x, Q2, and A dependence of nuclear structure functions and for their ratios (EMS effect) can be described in terms of the flucton model with rescaling of parton distributions in nuclei. The x, Q2 and A dependence of nuclear structure functions in the cumulative range (x >1) is predicted
