Neutron scattering and superconductivity
Description
Contrary to naive expectation, neutron scattering studies have over the years provided valuable and often unique information on the nature of the superconducting state. The usefulness of neutrons results from their ability to detect subtle changes in the phonons and magnetic properties of a material. This article reviews the development and current status of selected topics in this field. (orig.)
