Analysis of some kinetic characteristics of cultured cell growth

Description
Using developed earlier model describing kinetic characteristics of cultured cell growth it is shown that ''plato'' height on the curve of Chinese hamster cell growth after short gamma-irradiation or affection of alkylating thiophosphamide agent is decreased proportinally to the affection dose. Having analysed experimental and literature data it is suggested that decrease of growth curve testify the heropromotor (manifested in the cell ''aging'' character of studied factor. In relation to this low-frequency electromagnetic field that causes similar variations in the curve of cell growth, is referered to heropromotor factors as well as both studied factors
