The orebody characteristics of Danaobao in middle Inner Mongolia and the further thinking of prospecting

Description

The Danaobao is located in the North China Platform, which is the priority area of hydrothermal type uranium deposit prospecting in north China. For the past few years, the great results were obtained by drilling, found the mineralization clues in the dioritic porphyrite of the intermediate and basic dyke, which was also a new mineralization type and attracted much attention. The uranium mineralization was strictly controlled by the structure and the vein material, and formed in the both sides of and within the dioritic porphyrite veins. This paper makes a preliminary analysis about the feature of the orebody, and puts forward some suggestion on the geological exploration, so as to provide guidance for further uranium prospecting in this area.
