W and Z physics in Atlas and CMS at the Lhc
Description
W and Z bosons will be abundantly produced at the Lhc. Their signals will be used to understand the detector performances and the determination of their cross-sections will be among the first physics measurements. With larger integrated luminosity the precision of several W and Z measurements is expected to improve the one achieved at the present colliders.
