Acoustic gas analyzer
Description
A gas analyzer was developed to determine the mole fraction of UF6 in N2. It can be generally applied to any two component gas mixures, but it exhibits high resolution for gases with large differences in molecular weight. The theory of operation, design and performance of this analyzer for two component gas samples of UF6 and N2 is illustrated
