Description
Highlights: • The computation of FFRCT by fast and automatic software that was employed in this study is possible. • The FFRCT that computed by this new software has a good correlation with invasive FFR in this study. • The FFRCT improved the performance of CCTA in diagnosing ischemia compared with CCTA-based stenosis only. -- Abstract: To validate the computed tomography (CT)-derived fractional flow reserve (FFRCT) that was computed by new, fast, automatic software and to compare the diagnostic accuracy between FFRCT and stenosis diagnosed at coronary CT angiography (CCTA).
