Actuator
Description
An electromagnetic actuator is described permitting to perform large heights of lift with high actuating frequency and high lifting accuracy. It is still operable at temperatures near absolute zero and high vacuum. The actuator has as lift generators expansion or bending bodies to be electrically controlled, favorably made of a piezoelectric or magetostrictive material, with a subsequently added displacement transformer for lift magnification. Es wird ein elektromagnetisches Stellglied beschrieben, das erlaubt, grosse Hube mit hoher Stellfrequenz und grosser Hubgenauigkeit zu realisieren, es ist auch bei Temperaturen nahe dem absoluten Nullpunkt und im Hochvakuum funktionsfaehig. Das Stellglied besitzt als Huberzeuger elektrisch steuerbare Dehnungs- oder Biegekoerper, vorteilhaft aus piezoelektrischem oder magnetostriktivem Material, mit einem nachgeordneten Wegtransformator zum Vergroessern des Hubs.
