Wavelengths and transition probabilities for some Δn ≥ 0 allowed transitions in aluminum ions (Al V-Al VII)

Description

Calculated oscillator strengths are tabulated for some Δn ≥0 electric dipole transitions in aluminum ions. The lines belong to the following transition arrays: 2p5-2p44d, 2p5-2p45d, 2p43p-2p44s, and 2p43p-2p44d in Al V; 2p4-2p34s, 2p44d, and 2p33p-2p34s in Al VI; and 2s22p3-2s2p4, 2s2p4-2p5, 2p3-2p23s, 2p3-2p23d, and 2p3-2p24d in Al VII. A procedure of Slater parameter optimization was used for the calculations. These parameters were initially obtained through a relativistic Hartree-Fock method. Configuration interaction was taken into account
