Description

The method of anodic metal dissolving in organic solvents in the presence of Et4NF x 3,2HF x 0,5H2O(1) and Bu4NF x 14HF x 7H2O(2) where Et - ethyl, Bu - butyl has been used to perform direct electrochemical synthesis of complex allunimium, gallium and indium fluorides. Indium forms fluoride complexes only in the presence of (1); reaction with (2) brings about In2Fe3 formation. The chemical conposition of synthesized complexes is determined as well as their melting points, 19F NMR spectrum parameters and current and metal inputs. It is shown that metal ability to form fluoride complexes under condition of electrochemical reaction decreases during transition from aluminium to thallium
