Orientation dependences of ion-photon emission at a grazing incidence of ions on the single crystal surface
- 1. Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (USSR). Nauchno-Issledovatel'skij Inst. Yadernoj Fiziki
Description
Azimuthal dependences of the photon emission intensity of sputtered atoms have been studied experimentally under bombardment of a copper crystal by 10-30 keV inert-gas ions under grazing angles. The analogies and differences in the angular dependences of the optical radiation and sputtering coefficients are discussed
