Angular gas duct provided with an internal insulation

Description

The angular gas duct of the THTR-300 connects the hot gas plenum with the steam generator. In order to level the velocity and temperature distribution at the angle an inclined perforated plate is provided there. The bearing of this perforated plate has got supporting bolts with ball- and socket joints and intermediate layers of hard metal consisting of a TiC coating. Between the outer and inner part of the supporting bolt a thermal insulation is provided. Moreover, the supporting bolts can be cooled. (DG)

Abstract (German)

Die abgewinkelte Gasleitung des THTR-300 MWe verbindet den Heissgassammelraum mit dem Dampferzeuger. Zum Ausgleich der Geschwindigkeits- und Temperaturverteilung am Winkel ist dort eine schraeggestellte Lochplatte vorgesehen. Die Lagerung dieser Lochplatte weist Tragbolzen mit Kugelgelenken und Hartmetalleinlagen aus TiC-Beschichtung auf. Zwischen Aussen- und Innenteil der Tragbolzen ist eine thermische Isolierung vorgesehen. Zudem koennen die Tragbolzen gekuehlt werden. (DG)
