The enzymatic preparation of α-32P-dGTP

Description
A three-step enzyme method is proposed to prepare α-32P-dGTP with γ-32P-ATP as phosphate donor, involving a series of enzymatic reactions. The yield of α-32P-dGTP is 93% based on 32Pi and the radio chemical purity of the separated α-32P-dGTP is 97% measured by HPLC. The specific activity of α-32P-dGTP is 1.6 x 1017 Bq/mol
