Offline processing of Doublet III data
Description
Two groups of physicists currently share operation of the Doublet III tokamak: one group of GA physicists and one from the Japanese Atomic Energy Research Institute (JAERI). The two groups have differing research objectives and data processing requirements, and normally schedule operation of the tokamak on alternate weeks. The discussion which follows is specifically oriented toward post-shot processing methods developed by the GA group
