Description
Pancreatic microcirculation and hemodynamic disturbances plays a vital role in the occurrence and development of various diseases of pancreas, and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) can assess the microcirculation and status of blood perfusion. Therefore, the perfusion parameters of DCE-MRI in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation of pancreatic disease is the hotspot of current researches. In this paper we reviewed the DCE-MRI imaging principle and the application of DCE-MRI in normal pancreas and pancreatic diseases. (authors)
