Description
Scalar-electron (e) pair production in e+e- collisions is reconsidered for spontaneously broken N = 1 supergravity grand unified models. In particular, the contribution of the low-lying supersymmetric partner (Z 0) of the Z0 gauge boson is studied off and on the Z0 resonance. The effects of this contribution is shown to be non-negligible in the threshold region and requires either detailed angular- and energy-dependence measurements or additional production processes for supersymmetric particles for determining the three unknown mass parameters m/sub gamma-tilde/, m/sub Z/, and m/sub e/
