Redistribution of atoms in submicrovolumes during α → γ transformation in Fe-Ni thin films

Description
Using radiography, Moessbauer specrtoscopy and magnetic analysis peculiarities of α → γ transformation in Fe-Ni films were investigated. In high-dispersed samples with Csub(Ni) approximately 30% phase transition is realized in two stages. At the first stage (at Tsub(anneal) < 720 K) a high-nickel austenite is formed. Increase of the annealing temperature results in formation of paramagnetic γ-phase diffusion mobility concentration unimpurities in vacuum condensates Fe-Ni occur during preparation of samples at heated substrate
