Rotating universe with successive causal and noncausal regions

Description
We present a new exact solution of Einstein's equations. The source of the curvature is a shear-free nonexpanding but rotating fluid. There are successive concentric causal and noncausal regions, which generalize a typical behavior of Goedel's space-time
