Stop-to-building decision concerning Brokdorf

Description
The petition of three boroughs and several citizens within the vicinity of the nuclear power plant was answered by the administrative court of Schleswig-Holstein with its decision of December 15th, 1976 - 10 D 176/76 - according to which the suspensive power of the action against the 1st partial licence on the basis of article 80 section 5 VW GO has been restored until such a time when the final decision in these proceedings will have been passed. Some of the grounds upon which judgment is based are presented in full. (orig./HP)

Auf Antrag von drei Gemeinden und mehreren Buergern in der Umgebung des Kernkraftwerks hat das Schleswig-Holsteinische Verwaltungsgericht mit Beschluss vom 15.12.1976 - 10 D 176/76 - die aufschiebende Wirkung der Klage gegen den 1. Teilgenehmigungsbescheid auf Grund des Paragraph 80 Abs. 5 VwGO 'zunaechst befristet bis zu einer endgueltigen Entscheidung in diesem Eilverfahren wiederhergestellt'.
