Shift of the quasifree peak in the reaction 4He(e,e')X

Inclusive differential cross sections for scattering of electrons by 4He at initial electron energy 1.174 GeV and scattering angles 30, 45, and 60 degree have been measured at Khar'kov in the LUE-2000 linear electron accelerator. The results of the measurements are used to obtain the q dependence of the shift of the quasifree peak relative to the point of the spectra corresponding to free eN kinematics. It is shown that the observed appreciable differences of the shift from the separation energy of a nucleon from the s shell of the 4He nucleus can be associated with exchange and nonlocal properties of the NN interaction
