111In-labelled platelets in the diagnosis of kidney transplant rejection

  • 1. Amsterdam Univ. (Netherlands). Academisch Medisch Centrum

Description

Granulocytes show a slight increased accumulation during a florid kidney graft rejection. These results do not sustain the preliminary results of Frick that these cells might be a useful tool in the diagnosis of graft rejection. Therefore it was decided to proceed the study using autologous 111In-labelled thrombocytes. The results of this are reported in this paper. (Auth.)
