Resistance decrease of point contacts under SHF-radiation

Description
Experimental results are provided of studies of the point contacts Nb-Cu, Nb-Sn, Sn-CU, superconductor-normal metal/S-Nsub(n) when exposed to superhigh frequency radiation. The decrease of conductivity of contacts in the initial range of the current-voltage characteristic is found. An assumption is made that in the presence of the superhigh frequency field the phenomenon observed is caused by a change of the proximity effect on the superconductor-normal metal interface
