Use of metallized materials - effective way to improve quality of steels for power machine building
Description
A new technology for steels (15Kh2NMFA, 15Kh1M1F, 25Kh2NMFA a.o.) melting in electric arc, open-hearth and induction furnaces is developed. It provides partial substitution of scrap metal in burden by metallized pellets. Besides improvement of technico-economical melting factors, the technology suggested provides increase of plasticity, impact strength, brittle-ductile transition temperature and radiation resistance of steel and, that's why durability and reliability of nuclear power plants
