Deborah, an automatic boration dilution control device for upgrading PWR plants load follow operation
Description
After a brief review of PWR control principles, the objectives of an automatic boration-dilution control device are presented and the system design outlines are described. The main results of tests performed from 1988 to 1990 at CRUAS-MEYSSE Nuclear Plant are discussed. In the conclusion, the perspectives of development of the system are given. The system is being experimented in the frame of the automatic nuclear plants load change control project (project CASOAR) until 1991

Apres un rappel des principes du pilotage des REP, on presente les buts de l'automatisation de la fonction de borication-dilution et les bases de la conception de cet automatisme. On fait apparaitre les points cles du bilan des essais menes de 1988 a 1990 sur le site de CRUAS-MEYSSE. On conclut sur les perspectives d'avenir du produit dans le cadre du projet de commande automatique (projet CASOAR) dont les essais prometteurs se poursuivront jusqu'en 1991Additional details
