Description
I report on recent progress in the description of baryon-baryon systems within chiral effective field theory. In particular, results for the hyperon-hyperon interaction as well as for strangeness S =-3 to -4 baryon-baryon systems, obtained to leading order are discussed. Preliminary results for the hyperon-nucleon interaction to next-to-leading order are presented.
