Description

The blastogenic response of infected and normal mice (to stimulation by specific antigen and nonspecific antigens) was followed by the uptake of [3H]thymidine. It was established that there was a minimum number of cells (1 x 106) per culture for these responses to be observed and that for specific stimulation by T. spiralis soluble antigen 10μg per culture gave optimal results.
