Radiophotochromic dosemeter for mixed radiation (gamma + fast neutrons) with small component of gamma radiation

Description
The results of studies on possibilities of the use of BGO single crystals doped with Cu in order to measure the dose of mixed radiation (gamma + fast neutrons) are presented. It has been found, that the DRFCh dosemeters under studies, experience, compared with the other dosemeters, an increased dose sensitivity for cyclotron neutrons. It is comparable to theirs dose sensitivity for gamma photons of energy range of 1 MeV, which creates the possibility to use the DRFCh dosemeters in individual and group dosimetry. 4 figs., 4 tabs., 4 refs.
