Description

Interaction of silicon dioxide with Te, Cd, In, Sb, Nb pentoxide and lithium niobate at 700-100 deg C has been investigated by the methods of phase analysis. The experiment comprised the stage of contact of quartz glass and studied substances powders and comparison of initial and final physicochemical characteristics of each of the process participants. It is shown that as a result of high-temperature contact parameters of crystal lattice of simple substances vary. Interaction of quartz glass and simple substances depends on the nature of simple substance, temperature-time conditions of the process and physicochemical characteristics of initial interaction products
