Effect of composition of nickel alloys with cobalt and tantalum on their anodic behaviour in sulfuric acid
Description
Mutual effect of the components and phase structural composition of nickel alloys with cobalt and tantalum on their anodic behaviour in sulfuric acid is determined. It is shown that stationary currents in the range of passive state potentials and additional section of active dissolution of the two-phase alloys is essentially higher than in single-phase alloys. The results permit to make an assumption on selective character of γ-phase dissolution (electronegative component) and the alloy surface layer enrichment by tantalum (electropositive component)
