Description

Bi-Pb-Sr-Cu-O superconducting thin film was irradiated by 13 MeV protons with different flux. This induces the obviously changes of resistivity ρ, Tc, Toffset (full superconducting transition temperature) and transition width ΔTc. At the flux <2.8 x 1015 H+/cm2, Tc and ΔTc don't change, but ρ increases with the flux increasing. At the flux of 1.3 x 1017 H+/cm2, Toffset and ΔTc are varied sharply. This means that the coupling between superconducting grain is destroyed fully. Toffset and ΔTc of the thin film, which was irradiated by the maximum flux 2.5 x 1017 H+/cm2, almost fully recover but ρ remains constant
