Radiation induced solute diffusion and segregation

Description
Partial diffusion coefficients of Be, Mn and Ni in Cu have been measured after 300 keV self-ion irradiation between 295 K and 700 K with SIMS. At 600 K evolution of γ-precipitates in undersaturated solution of Cu-1.35 at.% Be has been quantitatively investigated by TEM
