Elastic modulus temperature hysteresis and order-disorder low temperature local phase transitions in YBa2Cu3Ox superconductors

Description
The temperature hysteresis of the Young modulus in the YBa2Cu3Ox compound with 6.24<=x<=6.9 is found. The effect is interpreted within the framework of the model suggesting the existence of local phase transitions of the first order ''order-disorder'' type in samples in the 4.2-300 K temperature ranges
