System for taking sample of coolant and for locating defective fuel assemblies of in-operation nuclear reactors
Description
The system includes locating facilities enabling the defective assemblies to be traced by the detection of fission products in the coolant. It is constituted by not less than two independent locating modules and sampling ducts associated with each of the assemblies and connected to the modules. The invention applies in particular to liquid sodium cooled fast nuclear reactors
