Description
Calculational, experimental and theoretical arguments in favour of the Lagrange invariants diffusion equalization in a turbulent plasma with current configuration, corresponding to topologically unstable vortices structure, are presented. The whole class of unidimensional non-quasi-neutral quasi-equilibria, where for analytical ratio between the potential and magnetic field is identified, is considered. 35 refs., 2 figs
