To provide for early detection of tuberculome progress and for a more exact definition of their activity under prophylactive medical observation in combination with general clinico-roentgenologic methods, X-ray functional investigation, allowing one to reveal the violotions of respiratory lung function, which not only accompany the morphological changes in lung tissue but precede them as well and appear to be the earliest manifestations of tuberculome activization, is conducted. 2 refs
