Prediction of the technological properties of uranium ores in natural occurrence on the basis of a regression model
Description
A principle possibility based on materials of mineralogical and technical sampling of ores from uranium deposits belonging to different industrial and genetic types is shown to solve the problems of quantitative estimation of ore technological properties in natural occurance on the basis of the regressive model according to the complex of indirect mineralogical and geochemical, geological and structural data defining localization conditions of the uranium mineralization, ore composition and ore space parameters variability which can be operatively described with traditional methods when geologically documenting and sampling of excavations and holes. The obtained accuracy of calculated estimations of technological parameters (uranium extraction, acid consumption, uranium content in the cave and others) correspond to technical requirements on deposit exploitation
