Pulse time characteristic measurement of PIN detector array

Description
To improve the sensitivity of current-PIN detector, several PIN detectors are connected in series to form a φ80 mm x 800 μm PIN array detector. The pulse time characteristic is one of the important characteristics in pulse measure, the PIN pulse time characteristic of array detector is measured in fast pulse radiation field. The results show: the risetime, FWHM and fall time of the single φ80 mm x 800 μm PIN detector is respectively 23,62,94 ns; With the number of PIN detectors increasing, the time respond is slower; When the number of PIN detectors is six, the risetime, FWHM and fall time is respectively 40,306,652 ns.
