On the transition temperature of superconducting alloys

Description
The dependence of the transition temperature Tc of superconducting alloys on atoms concentration is calculated. For the TaxNb1-x, MoxNb1-x, VxNb1-x and VxTax alloys the formula for Tc(x) is obtained taking into account only the dependence of densities of states NA(x) and NB(x) calculated in the frames of coherent potential approximation. For TixZr1-x alloy the description of Tc(x) dependence requires also taking into account x dependence of phonon densities of states. The x dependence of other parameters of alloys is neglected. 14 refs., 4 figs., 1 tab. (author)
