Description
Dense and high-strength ceramics has been produced from partially stabilized ZrO2 with 3 % Y2O3 content (molar dose) by sintering in the air at 1400-1600 deg C. Ceramics has fine-crystalline structure (particle size smaller than 1 μm), seeming density of 5.8-6.0 g/cm3, bending strength up to 800 MPa. Ceramics is characterized by the sufficient microstructure stability at high temperatures
