The corrosion products in the coolant circuits of pressurized water nuclear power plants
Description
The characteristics of the corrosion products formed in the primary and secondary coolant circuits of light-water pressurized reactors are reviewed. The problem induced by the pollution of coolants and metallic surface are examined. Then, the recommendations to follow to minimize the disturbing effects of this pollution by the corrosion products are indicated

Les caracteristiques des produits de corrosion formes dans les circuits primaires et secondaires des centrales electronucleaires a eau legere sous pression sont tout d'abord brievement rappelees. On examine ensuite les problemes poses par la pollution des fluides caloporteurs et des surfaces metalliques qui en resulte. On indique enfin les precautions a prendre et les principaux remedes possibles pour minimiser les effets perturbateurs de cette pollution par les produits de corrosionAdditional details
