Observation of an additional peak in cyclotron resonance of impurity electrons in n-InSb
Description
An additional peak, besides the transitions of free electrons N=0(→)→N=1(→) and impurity electrons (000→(010), has been observed in the cyclotron resonance studies of n-InSb in magnetic fields of H=10-20 kOe and at liquid helium temperatures. This peak has been shown to be due to the transition (000)→(011)
