Description
Three political parties in the Netherlands gave their scientific institutions orders to draw up a report on energy policy. One of the conclusions was that nuclear reactors are being controlled in such a manner that even the most improbable case of serious reactor failure would not be disastrous for the environment. Therefore, it may be recommended that part of the energy demand be satisfied with power from nuclear sources provided a reasonable solution for radioactive waste disposal is found
