The Sb2Te3-MnTe system

Description
Using the methods of physicochemical analysis phase diagram of the cross section Sb2Te3-MnTe is plotted. It is established that the system is quasibinary, at the ratio of components 1:1 a ternary incongruent compound MnSb2Te4 is formed. Solubility on the part of Sb2Te3 constitutes 4 mol.%, and on the part of MnTe - 1.5 mol.%
